Automation for financial services
Automation for small lenders, brokers and leasing firms
Files move themselves; your people decide only what matters
In lending, speed sells. And most of the time to decision is not analysis — it is waiting for a document.
What matters here
Complete files, first time
Missing documents are requested automatically, with reminders, until the file is ready to assess.
The checks happen every time
Client screening becomes a required step with evidence, not a task that depends on the diary.
Figures are read, not retyped
Balance sheets and statements are extracted and cross-checked, with the source attached.
Clients stop calling to ask
Notifications go out at each change of status, on the channel the client reads.
Where we start
What that looks like
The first of the flows above, step by step. The rest follow the same pattern.
1. The application
The request arrives by form, email or WhatsApp and is structured into the same fields, whatever the channel.

2. Documents
The required list depends on the finance type. What is missing is requested from the client, with reminders.

3. Extraction
Figures from balance sheets and statements are read and cross-checked, with mismatches surfaced.

4. The analyst's file
The analyst receives a complete file, with sources attached beside every extracted figure.
- PostgreSQL
5. Decision and what follows
The analyst's decision triggers the client notification and the next steps. The decision stays theirs.

Frequently asked questions
- We are a supervised institution. Can you work with us?
- It depends on your vendor review. We hold no ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and if those are mandatory the answer is no — which we would rather say now than after three meetings.
- So who do you work with?
- With small lenders, brokers and leasing firms where the supplier decision is yours, not a compliance department's.
- Do you automate the credit decision?
- No. We prepare the file; the decision stays with the analyst. An automated credit decision carries regulatory requirements we do not cover and do not claim to.
- Where does the data live?
- Wherever you decide. Everything can be hosted on your infrastructure, models that read documents included.
- Where do we start?
- With document collection. It is where most time is lost and the easiest thing to measure in the first month.
