Automation for manufacturing

Automation for businesses that make things rather than only resell them

You know what you hold, what you ordered and what you can promise

In manufacturing a wrong stock figure does not cost one order. It costs a stopped production day and a customer who gets a new date.

What matters here

Materials do not run out by surprise

Production consumption reduces stock in real time, and the order goes out before a line stalls.

Promised dates are real

What you can promise is calculated from stock, orders in progress and supplier lead times, not from optimism.

Paperwork follows the goods

Delivery notes, invoices and receipts tie back to their order, without somebody matching them at month end.

The real cost per product

You see what actually went into a product, at the prices of the time, not an outdated average.

Where we start

What that looks like

The first of the flows above, step by step. The rest follow the same pattern.

Inventory management
  1. 1. Goods in

Receipt is confirmed against the order. What arrived enters stock, and discrepancies are flagged on the spot.

    • n8n
    • OCR
  2. 2. Goods out

Consumption is deducted automatically from sales, orders or recipes, depending on what you sell.

    • PostgreSQL
  3. 3. Thresholds

The alert threshold recalculates from recent weeks' consumption and the supplier's lead time.

    • PostgreSQL
  4. 4. The alert

The warning reaches whoever orders, on the channel they actually read, with a suggested quantity already worked out.

    • WhatsApp Business API
    • Slack
  5. 5. Reconciliation

At stocktake, differences between recorded and actual are logged with a reason, so patterns become visible.

Frequently asked questions

We already have an ERP. What is left to do?
Usually the edges: what happens in spreadsheets alongside the ERP, what gets retyped between systems, what never enters it at all.
We make to order, not in series.
All the more reason the date and true-cost calculations matter — made to order, every wrong estimate is a wrong promise.
Do you connect to machinery?
Only where they expose data through an accessible interface. Industrial control itself is not our field and we say so plainly.
Where do we start?
With the materials that last stopped your production. There are few, they are easy to measure, and the result shows in the first month.
How long until we see something?
The first flow live in two to three weeks. A full picture of cost per product takes longer, because it needs clean data.
