Enablement: so your team stops needing us

We teach your team to maintain and extend the systems themselves

You stop depending on us for every small change

A supplier who teaches you to manage without them loses a monthly retainer. Usually they gain a client who recommends them.

What you get

You make the small changes

A new threshold, a changed recipient, one more field — no ticket and no waiting.

You know where to look

When something has not run, your team finds the reason themselves instead of asking us.

It does not rest on one person

We train at least two people per system. One resignation does not leave you stuck.

Documentation written for people

How it works, what usually breaks and what to do then. Not a list of functions.

How it goes

The flow, step by step
  1. Session 1 — how it works

We walk the system end to end on real data, until every step makes sense.

  2. Session 2 — what breaks

We break things on purpose and fix them together. It sticks far better than documentation does.

  3. Session 3 — making changes

Your team makes real changes with us alongside. We do not take the keyboard — they do.

  4. After — the safety period

Thirty days in which you can ask anything, with no ticket and no extra cost.

What you own

  • Two people available for the sessions
  • The call on what you want to be able to change yourselves
  • Practice time between sessions

What we own

  • The sessions and the materials
  • Documentation written for your specific systems
  • Answers during the safety period

How it is priced

Fixed price per programme, set by how many systems and people are covered

Frequently asked questions

Our team is not technical. Does this make sense?
Yes, and usually more so. The training covers what you can safely change, not how to write code. Anyone competent with a spreadsheet copes.
Do you not lose the client by teaching us?
On the managed retainer, sometimes. We prefer that to a relationship where you stay because you have no choice.
What will you not teach us to do?
Changes that can lose data or stop a production flow. Those stay with us, or we do them together the first time.
How long does it take?
Three sessions across two to three weeks, plus thirty days of open questions afterwards.
Can we do this for only some systems?
Yes. You can take over the simple flows and leave us the ones that touch accounting or payments.
