1. Who we are

This site is operated by „Prizma Calității” SRL, with its registered office at MD-2025, str. Ion Inculeț 105, mun. Chișinău, Republica Moldova, IDNO / fiscal code 1008600029671, trading under the commercial name Dikodis and presenting this site under the MBot brand.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the site, the audit form and any message you send us through the site. They do not replace the services agreement we sign separately if we decide to work together; where the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Our services

MBot builds bespoke automation systems for businesses: answering calls, following up leads, processing documents and related operations. Every implementation is specific to the client.

The information on this site is presentational and amounts to an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer in the legal sense. A contract comes into being only when we jointly sign a written document setting out the scope, price and deadlines.

4. The audit form

The audit is free and puts you under no obligation. Filling in the form does not create a contract and does not oblige you to buy anything. We reserve the right not to act on a request, without being obliged to give reasons.

Please give us accurate information, and do not send third parties' confidential data or sensitive data through the form.

5. The estimates and figures shown on the site

The site displays estimates of monthly losses, expressed in euro, calculated automatically from your answers and from market averages. These figures are indicative and illustrative.

They are not a guarantee of any outcome, a promise of savings, a valuation of your business, or financial, accounting or legal advice. Actual results depend on your own data, your processes and the decisions you take. Any result presented as a case study describes a past situation and does not predict what will happen in yours.

6. How you may use the site

You may use the site for legitimate purposes connected with finding out about our services. You must not:

• —attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, to servers or to other users' data;
• —submit false data, unlawful content, harmful programs or bulk automated messages through the form;
• —systematically extract the site's content by automated means without our written agreement;
• —use the site in a way that impairs its operation or other users' access.

7. Intellectual property

The text, structure, graphics, logo and code of this site belong to us or are used under lawfully obtained rights. You may read them and quote them reasonably with attribution, but you may not reproduce them wholesale, resell them or use them commercially without our written agreement.

8. Availability of the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may at any time change, suspend or withdraw the site or any of its features, including the audit form, in whole or in part.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, of data or of business opportunity arising from your use of the site or from relying on the estimates it displays.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, nor any rights the law gives you as a consumer which cannot be waived by contract.

The site may contain links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or privacy policies; we recommend reading their terms separately.

How we handle the data you send us is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the site at the time you use it, and the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, and disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

We try to resolve any disagreement directly first — write to us at support@dikodis.com. If you are a consumer, you may contact the competent consumer protection authority of the Republic of Moldova. This clause does not restrict your right to go to court.
