Finance applications, complete before they reach the analyst

Carries a finance application from request to the analyst's decision

Your analyst receives complete files, not incomplete piles

A good analyst is expensive and spends half the day asking for missing documents. That is the half they should not be doing.

What you get

The file arrives complete

What is missing is requested from the client automatically, until the file is ready to assess.

Data is extracted, not retyped

Balance sheet, bank statement, ID — read and entered into your system with no manual keying.

The client knows where things stand

Each change of status triggers a notification, so they stop calling to ask.

Time to decision falls

Not because decisions are made faster, but because the waiting for documents disappears.

How it works

The flow, step by step
  1. 1. The application

The request arrives by form, email or WhatsApp and is structured into the same fields, whatever the channel.

  2. 2. Documents

The required list depends on the finance type. What is missing is requested from the client, with reminders.

  3. 3. Extraction

Figures from balance sheets and statements are read and cross-checked, with mismatches surfaced.

  4. 4. The analyst's file

The analyst receives a complete file, with sources attached beside every extracted figure.

  5. 5. Decision and what follows

The analyst's decision triggers the client notification and the next steps. The decision stays theirs.

Frequently asked questions

Does the system decide who gets financed?
No, and we do not build that. It prepares the file; the credit decision belongs to your analyst and your rules. An automated credit decision carries regulatory requirements we do not cover.
Do you hold security certifications?
We hold no ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If you are a regulated institution and your vendor review requires them, say so in the first conversation — we will point you to someone certified rather than waste both our time.
So who do you work with in finance?
With small lenders, brokers and leasing firms where the supplier decision is yours. The work is the same; who must be convinced differs.
What happens to client documents?
They stay in your systems under your retention rules. Everything can be hosted on your side, models that read documents included.
How long does it take to set up?
Four to eight weeks for one finance type. The time goes on the document list and the checking rules, not the build.
