Does this make us compliant?
No. It gives you the consistency and the evidence compliance asks for. What must be checked and how often is set by your regulations and your legal adviser, not by us.
Do you provide the lists?
No. We connect to the sources you use or subscribe to. We do not resell screening data and we do not warrant its coverage.
Do you hold security certifications?
We hold no ISO 27001 or SOC 2. If you are supervised and your vendor review requires them, tell us early and we will recommend a certified supplier.
Does the system reject a client by itself?
No. It flags; a person decides and the reason is recorded. An automatic rejection is hard to defend to either a client or an inspector.
How long does it take to set up?
Two to five weeks, depending on how many sources must be queried and how accessible they are.

Can you prove every client was screened?
