- Do you take over automations built by someone else?
- Yes, but we ask for an assessment first. Sometimes rebuilding a flow is cheaper than maintaining a fragile one.
- What does an alert actually mean?
- Someone on our side gets the notification and checks it. You do not receive an email you then have to interpret.
- Can we stop?
- Yes, with a month's notice. The documentation and the flows remain yours — we do not hold them hostage.
- What is not included?
- New automations. The retainer covers what already exists; new builds are quoted separately.
- Who has access to our data?
- Only the people working on your account, with named and revocable access. We can list who has what at any time.
